Refund / Scheduling / Payment Policy

 

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

• The Coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergencies, in which case the Client will be notified as soon as possible.

• Payment for coaching services is due in advance, before the time of service, and must be made according to the agreed payment plan. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.
